Store Warrantee

In addition to the gun manufacturers warrantee, Rezz Guns (Guns-R-Us) offers its’ customers the option of obtaining a Store Warrantee at the investment cost of $30.

This is how the customer is benefited by a “Store Warrantee”: If you have a problem with a firearm that you purchased from our Store, simply return the gun to us and we will take care of The S&H and all repair costs. This warrantee is good for 30 days from date of purchase. It does not cover improving ‘accuracy’, upgrades, or any damages that may have occurred AFTER the purchase; such as may result from reloaded ammo. The use of reloaded ammo invalidates not only our warrantee, but all manufacturers’ warrantees as well.

For what it is worth; from what I understand our Store Warrantee goes beyond that of Wal-Mart and Kmart. If you bought a gun from those stores and it was defective, you could not return it, you were REQUIRED to deal with the manufacturer.

In addition: Our Store reserves the right to refund you the purchase price of your firearm in the stead of repairs,,,, but this is totally up to the discretion of Store Management.

CAVEAT: If the factory (or repair center) says that the damage to your firearm is due to abuse, reloaded ammunition or something other than fair wear and tear then our store warrantee is voided.

If you do not purchase a store warrantee, you must arrange repairs with the factory or gun warrantee repair shop. However, we will assist you in obtaining phone numbers or addresses of manufactures or repair centers.
